What you’ll receive:
Within 48 hours, you'll receive your Personalized Hair Health Action Plan—a customized roadmap summarizing everything we discussed, along with clear, actionable next steps you can refer back to anytime.
Like so many of you, I found myself searching for answers in a world full of conflicting advice. I was told to buy supplements, use different shampoos, and try the latest products—but very few people were asking why my hair was changing.
That experience completely changed the direction of my career.
Today, I combine my background as a licensed cosmetologist, with advanced education in hair loss and scalp health to help women better understand what may be contributing to their hair changes. My goal isn't to sell you a miracle product—it's to help you make informed decisions and create a plan that makes sense for your unique situation.
Whether your hair loss is related to hormones, stress, nutrition, medications, genetics, or scalp health, you deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered with knowledge.
Because hair loss affects so much more than your hair.
It affects your confidence.
And you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.
I didn’t choose hair loss because it was trendy. I chose it because I started losing my own hair.
This is for you if:
You’ve noticed increased shedding
Your pony tail is getting thinner
You’ve been told by your provider everything “looks normal” but your shower drain says otherwise
You’re on a GLP-1 or thinking about it
You’re approaching perimenopause or menopause
You’re overwhelmed by conflicting advice
Your hair just doesn't seem the same
FAQS
-
Not at all! While lab work can provide valuable insight, it isn't required before your assessment. If you already have recent blood work, you're welcome to bring it with you. If additional testing may be helpful, I'll provide recommendations that you can discuss with your healthcare provider.
-
No. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, nor do I replace your physician or dermatologist. My role is to help identify potential contributing factors, educate you about your hair and scalp health, and create a personalized plan that helps you take the next best steps with confidence.
-
No problem! Virtual Hair Health Assessments are available for clients throughout the United States. Before our appointment, I'll guide you through submitting photos and completing your intake forms so we can make the most of our time together.
-
No. Hair Health Assessments are self-pay and are not billed through insurance. However, if I recommend discussing lab work or medical treatment with your healthcare provider, those services may be eligible for insurance coverage through their office.
-
Yes—but only if they're appropriate for your unique situation.
I don't believe in recommending the same shampoo, supplement, or treatment to everyone. My recommendations are based on your assessment, goals, and potential contributing factors. Sometimes that includes products, and sometimes the best next step is working with your healthcare provider or making lifestyle changes first.
-
I'll explain the evidence behind commonly used treatments—including medications, supplements, topical therapies, and in-office options—so you can make an informed decision. If a prescription medication may be appropriate, I'll encourage you to discuss it with your healthcare provider, as I do not prescribe medications.

If you've been struggling to find answers, you're not alone. Many of my clients have already invested in products, supplements, or treatments without understanding why their hair was changing. My goal is to help you step back, look at the bigger picture, and create a plan that's tailored to you instead of guessing your way through another solution.
Alright you made it all the way to the bottom…
Which tells me you’re super thorough and tired of guessing.
This is your sign to stop guessing and let me help you connect the dots.
